We strive to provide you the customer with best service and quality. However, occasionally you may wish to return an item. Adhere to the distance selling regulations (UK), you are welcome to return your goods and request a refund within 30 days after delivery, providing the item when we receive it is new, unused and undamaged original packaging. In these instances we are not obliged to refund the cost of delivery. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.
Faulty products may be returned for a full refund within 3 days after delivery.
You should inform us about faulty product within one day after delivery by providing digital photography.
Do not return goods until you have contacted us by telephone or email.
If the products you return are faulty or incorrect, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge. We will need to have received any faulty items back before refunded. Goods must be returned by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way. Refunds will be paid within 7 days of return of items which fulfill the above requirements.

All refunds will be issued to the account that appears on the original order.
