Aluminium MIG welding services, MIG brazing of zinc plated

Aluminium MIG welding

MIG welding of aluminium is used for repair works mostly or welding large areas. MIG weld aren't aesthetic view as TIG welded, but are faster to weld and has deeper penetration, so better strength.
We can do from 1.5mm thickness up to 6mm.
Surfaces must be well cleaned from dirthees and grease.
Would be good to know aluminium grade.

MIG brazing

MIG brazing is a metal joining process using a MIG welder and a lower-melting-point filler wire, like silicon bronze, to bond base metals without melting them.
Unlike welding, MIG brazing relies on the filler metal to stick to the base material through adhesion and capillary action, creating a strong, low-distortion bond with a smaller heat-affected zone. This makes it ideal for joining dissimilar metals, repairing cast iron, and working with heat-sensitive materials like modern high-strength automotive steels and galvanized metals.
Lower Heat Input:
The lower melting point of brazing filler metals (like silicon bronze) results in less heat input into the base material compared to traditional welding, minimizing distortion.
Joins dissimilar metals:
Ideal for joining materials that are difficult to weld, such as steel and stainless steel.
Aesthetically pleasing:
The resulting bond often has a desirable gold-colored finish.
